The All You Can Eat Orchestra (A.Y.C.E.) is an improvisational jazz fusion collective from Las Vegas that fuses soul, hip-hop, funk, psychedelia, and dance music into long, groove-heavy sets. Born on Fremont Street, the band has built a reputation for exploratory performances that feel like a live DJ set with full instrumental interplay. With over 300 shows locally and festival appearances including Burning Man and Jazz in the Park, AYCE creates immersive, unpredictable musical journeys.
